To create a respectful, safe, and inclusive culturally diverse global community where creative and innovative Family Therapists and Systemic Thinkers come together to discuss ideas and co-create initiatives that positively impact our interconnected world. We envision a space for like-minded macro thinkers who perceive the world as a collective—nurturing relational wisdom, cultural responsiveness, and transformative action.

The International Systemic Collective reflects the multicultural tapestry of our world by fostering respectful dialogue, deep collaboration, and creativity among curious systemic thinkers. As a ‘think tank’, we are a collective of individuals who are passionately committed to relational integrity, inclusivity, and ethical practice. Our mission is to provide a space where ideas are generated, shared, and evolved, supporting families, communities, and systems globally.
Inclusion and belonging:
Creating a safe space where everyone is treated with respect and dignity, where feeling heard, understood and valued nurtures open contribution. This is modelled by the founding team, echoed through all, and enacted in every encounter.

Viewing all dimensions of diversity including cultural, racial, ethnic, gender, class, as a strength, representing the microcosm of our world, leading to creative ideas and a richer community.

Led by the leadership team to implement and champion the principles of diversity and multiculturalism.

The leadership team and collaborators have an established and respected international reputation as systems thinkers and actioners and a record for establishing and nurturing relationships, developing partnerships, and working with diverse issues impacting on our communities.
Advocacy in action:
Engaging in discussion while promoting ways to empower individuals, families and communities to voice their needs, rights, views and experiences in accessing services that cater for their unique needs and in correcting injustices and systemic disadvantage.
